Plans start at $129/month with a 12-month initial term. Larger or more complex properties may have an additional fee applied. We'll confirm pricing at your assessment, before you commit to anything.

What if my property hasn't been maintained in a while?

Accepted Answer

That's common. If your home needs more than a regular visit to get current, we'll quote a one-time onboarding service at your assessment to bring it to a maintainable baseline. Most homes don't need one. We'll tell you straight if yours doesn't.

Do I have to commit to a full year?

The Founding Membership runs on a 12-month initial term. This lets us build a real maintenance history for your home and keep pricing predictable for both of us.
